What is the Thrive Initiative?

The THRIVE Town Centre First Heritage Revival Scheme is a holistic and strategic approach to urban regeneration. It focuses on transforming town centres into vibrant, multifunctional hubs that serve as living, working, and recreational spaces for the community. This ambitious scheme supports locally developed plans that align with the following core principles:

1. Integrated Strategic Approach
